Processing Time


   •    All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
   •    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations


    •    We ship locally within the UAE and offer international shipping to select countries.

Shipping Fees


    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
   •    Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on product or checkout pages.

 Order Tracking


    •    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
   •    Delivery time-frames may vary depending on location and customs clearance (for international orders).

Delays & Liability


    •    Treva Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
   •    Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Treva Perfumes, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our niche fragrances. To ensure product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been sold.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
   •    If the item arrives damaged or incorrect
   •    You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
   •    Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
